Youth Support Worker (Middlesbrough Office)
£16,851 – £19,500 per annum
Full Time, 37 hours per week

Initially 12 months, and then permanent dependent on funding

We have a full time vacancy for a Youth Support Worker. We are looking for an experienced and qualified (minimum NVQ Level 3) practitioner who can work with young people and partner organisations, to coordinate, deliver and develop a number of programmes contributing to positive outcomes for young people.

As the Youth Support Worker, you will work closely with young people to devise, develop and deliver a range of opportunities to young people, particularly in the Tees Valley. To achieve this, you will work alongside our Programmes Officer to coordinate and deliver our existing programmes with young people, particularly those with complex needs and facing barriers.

The Youth Support Worker role is one in which you will get to use the full range of skills that make you a successful practitioner with young people. We are looking for the right person who can engage with young people, support their development and successful transition to adulthood and foster positive relationships with our partner organisations.

Administration Officer (Middlesbrough Office)
£17,500 per annum pro rata
Part Time, 25 hours per week (4 or 5 days a week)

Initially 12 months, and then permanent dependent on funding

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and organised individuals to join our team.. You will require strong oral and written communication skills and an ability to prioritise your own workload.

You will be experienced, flexible to change, eager to learn and undertake relevant training when required, good interpersonal skills, work in a team, and be friendly and approachable.

You will work alongside the staff team and be responsible for being the first point of contact in the Middlesbrough office for visitors, professionals and young people; provide administration support for organisational programmes; data inputting, creating and managing files; organise events, training and meetings; manage petty cash; purchase stationery, office equipment and organise repairs when needed.

The candidate should hold at least three years administration experience, GCSE English and Maths (Grade A – C) and a qualification in administration, business or information technology.
