You’re Welcome – Quality criteria for young people friendly health services Youth Focus: North East supports the regional delivery and development of You’re Welcome. This is through the coordination of the Health and Youth Participation Leads from the local areas to share best practice and provide support, advice and guidance on young people’s participation. The quality criteria help local areas to:
- Involving young people in service improvement
- Enhancing patient experience
- Increasing young people’s opportunity to share in decisions about their health
