Students from Newcastle Business School and Durham University, St Aidan’s College continued their journey in Reducing the Skills Gap this week. The students have enjoyed their experience as learners on the course and are now being supported in their preparation to deliver the programme to other young people in the community.
This week was the turn of the students from Newcastle University Business School. The group came to the offices in Gateshead to analyse the course material, reflect on their experience and re-shape the programme for a more flexible delivery timeframe.
Oh – and special guest Spencer the dog joined in for a few of the final activities.
