Youth Employment

Youth employment has been a subject much talked about in the North East. Employment rates for young people aged 16-25 in our region consistently rank as one of the lowest in the country. Somewhere there is a mismatch between the skills and knowledge of young people, and the needs of our local economy. We work with young people and cross-sector partners to explore the issue and further opportunities for young people in the labour market.
