The Talent Match Champions have recently begun an exciting new phase of work which will see them linking employers and young people to build understanding of needs and foster better, more positive relationships that benefit both sides. The ambitious Champions will be designing and delivering a series of events, while creating a hive of media activity talking about Talent Match and employment through the eyes of young people.
On Saturday 2 April, the Champions took part in an events management 101 training course developed and delivered by award winning Beacon House Events. It was an intense, fast-paced day of training which led the young people on a journey to planning their own employer engagement activities and avoiding potential pitfalls.
